Description
Cask Strength Blackadder 1991 Glen Moray 25-Year-Old Scotch Whisky
It was drawn at cask strength from a single Hogshead cask. It retains all its natural cask sediments as well as all of its natural oils and fats. There was no color added, and there was no chill filtration. A little added water will help release its full flavor.
Testing Notes
Nose: Sweet toffee with boozy raisins from the port finishing. Some stone fruit aromas followed by slightly spicy oak.
Palate: Fruity, slightly sweet, then oak and spices, and a bit of red grape tannins.
Finish: Slightly dry, mineral notes.
