Four Roses Small Batch Select Bourbon Whiskey, Each of the Bourbons selected for Small Batch Select have been aged for six and seven years. On the nose, Four Roses Small Batch Select offers raspberries, clove and nutmeg. As it hits the palate, it opens into flavors of apricot, ripe berries, vanilla and light oak. The finish lingers with notes of spearmint and a touch of cinnamon.

A fruity small-batch bourbon from Four Roses that is made with a combination of six out of the 10 recipes used by the distillery and matured for at least six years. Aromas of raspberries, cloves and nutmeg fill the nose, complemented by notes of ripe apricots, red berries, vanilla, peppery oak, spearmint and cinnamon throughout the palate and lingering in the finish.

Toffee apples, sandalwood, and a touch of tarragon herbiness. Damp oak hides at the back along with more green, leafy herbal rye notes. Toffee and caramel develop, along with Portuguese custard tarts and crème brûlée. Baking spice creeps in around the edges with a touch of clove.

Rich and thickly textured spirit – almost like liquid toffee. Big spice builds, with dark liquorice and treacle toffee at the back. The leafy tarragon is back, with lots of rye spice – savoury notes to balance the sweetness. Digestive biscuits and black bread build along with a touch of mintiness.

Mint choc chips and aniseed balls to start. Toffee builds, followed by darker treacle notes.
