Yamazaki Mizunara Tskuriwake 2022 edition This is an annual limited edition from Suntory’s Yamazaki distillery. This non-age statement expression was aged in rare Japanese Mizunara casks rather than the more traditional hogshead. The whisky has then been bottled at a strength of 48% abv.
Official Tasting Note
Nose: Rich & elegant top note, custard cream, cinnamon
Palate: Gentle on the tongue, aromatic and round with spiced sweet notes
Finish: Distinctive deep woody notes reminiscent of Japanese incense.
